Meet Your Hosts: 

 

Hi, I’m Rob. 

I’m a breathwork specialist & high performance coach. I also happen to be a qualified yoga teacher. I bonded with Lucy because she’s great banter and when we worked together before we saw how naturally Lucy’s way of teaching yoga and diving into the mindset married with my own philosophy on movement and breath to activate deeper parts of ourselves. I’m so excited to make this my first retreat, and my first collaboration with my friend.

Hi, I’m Lucy.

 

My heart has always been drawn to movement. I used to represent Great Britain competing across Europe in Acrobatic Gymnastics. I studied Psychology and Sociology and originally wanted to become a therapist. I then began my practice of yoga and realised not only was it helping me physically but it was also really helping my mental health. I then took the leap to study to become a yoga teacher in Bali and now teach a mix of vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative and power yoga. To me, yoga is so much more than being able to bend your body in different positions. It's about discovering who you are and taking yourself on an incredible journey to get you know yourself better.

 

I currently host yoga retreats in the UK and all over the world. I really believe psychology and yoga go hand in hand and so I love to bring an element of self-discovery into my retreats. We learn to connect back to ourselves and find connection with others in the group.

 

Alongside teaching private 1-2-1 sessions, I also teach weekly classes at BXR in central London and also work with Joe Wicks on the Bodycoach app hosting all of the online yoga classes and in person events.
